Resumen

This article describes the development of an statisti- cal model applied to a decision-makíng process; discrimínate among several location offers for commercial establishments. The reasons for deve- loping this model were the fací that the relation between offers and locations accepted exceeds ten to one, and the national economic uncertainty threats all ill-defined economic feasibility projects. The main research was carried out not at the model development, but at the quantification of the diffe- rent variables involved in it.
