ONE OF the more important aspects of manage­ ment, and one which has received much attention during the past few decades, has to de with morale and attitude of employees. The significance lies in the fact that an employee may have considerable ability, but he may possess an attitude that is highly unfavorable toward his work situation and thus be an unde­sirable employee.
