is a principal of Grisanti and Gatef, a Los Angeles head­ quartered firm that specializes in providing professional management to finan­ cially distressed companies. His background includes a wide range of companies and industries, including the presidencies of two manufacturing firms and manage­ ment positions with Raytheon, General Electric, and General Motors. Active in the American Management Associations as a speaker on manufacturing and research and development programs, he is a registered professional engineer and received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Pennsylvania State University. Formerly managing editor of Modern Manufacturing magazine, he is an editorial consultant specializing in technological developments.
