Mexican and Spanish SMEs: Characteristics and Challenges Facing Organizational Change

Abstract
Globalization through international trade is a fact that affects equally to smaii and big business. Small businesses are different in their features, and must be studied form a different frame of reference. Proposing change management solutions that can develop this kind of business, requires the knowledge of their characteristics and challenges that will confront in the future.
