Administrators in their decisions regarding administrative techniques applied to business, given the great boom of commercial products, services and technological innovations, plus marketing, consumption and disposal practices, have generated in recent years worldwide a series of contradictions that can be analyzed according to Bolaños, 1991(1) by two dimensions:
