Business training in small and medium-sized Mexican businesses

Abstract

The objective of this research is to present a proposal that involves business training for small and medium-sized businesses in the development of activities that justify the arguments for nonformal education, justifying its position in the training of Mexican small and medium-sized businesses to complement and support the updating and modernization of technological and administrative information in the business sector, strengthening development links between entrepreneurs, and thus achieving mutually reinforcing communication channels to ensure jobs for companies entering the field of mechanical to computerized electronic technologies.
Companies in Mexico, like other countries, will face changes they will have to adopt in order to compete with those participating in international markets; therefore, there is interest in delving deeper into the area of ​​training to strengthen the arguments, ideas, and plans of the productive plant in technological and administrative development, which will need to be integrated into the various phases of business activity.

Ma. de la Luz Becerra Langarica, National Polytechnic Institute, Mexico

She holds a degree in Fine Arts and Physics and Chemistry, and a Master's degree in Education. At the undergraduate level, she has taught various subjects at ESCA-IPN and at the graduate level in the Master's program in Education. She has published several articles, books, and anthologies.
