The suggested topic for my talk is seemingly general, but given the great diversity in the models and structures of research centers in Mexico and around the world, I will be forced to discuss the research center with which I am most familiar: the ININ. However, I believe it is appropriate to begin by repeating, in its entirety, the chapter on general aspects of the work "Structure and Organization of Research and Development Centers."
