Abstract









To address this topic, we consider it pertinent to refer to the etymological roots to understand, more deeply, the meaning of the words that make up the title of this essay, and we have: Urbanism comes from the Latin Urbi which means City; Well-being from the Latin Bene which means Good and Social which also comes from the Latin Societal.

Author Biography

Concepción Herrera Alcázar, National Polytechnic Institute, Mexico

Concepción Herrera Alcázar holds a degree in Business Administration and is a fourth-semester student of the Master of Science program with a specialization in Public Administration. She has taught Public Accounting at the School of Commerce and Administration, studying Public Administration Organization, Administration III, and Financial Administration. She currently teaches Senior Business Management. This essay is based on the bibliography she is reviewing for her thesis, entitled: Public Administration and Development in the State of Tabasco: Communications and Transportation Sector (1970-1993).
