Administrative Control as a support to achieve the goals of the Postgraduate Program

Abstract
One of the problems facing organizational management in general, particularly postgraduate studies, viewed as organizational units, is the effective and efficient achievement of the purposes for which they were created. Among many other causes of these difficulties are the distortion of organizational purposes and the inappropriate use of administrative processes and systems. The latter includes the use of administrative control processes and systems as means of coercion and the exercise of power, rather than using them to support the achievement of these purposes.
