Abstract
The Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí created and implemented the Master's Degree in Administration in 1976 to respond to:
• The demand from the public and private sectors for highly qualified personnel to assume management-level roles.
• The desire of professionals who perform administrative functions, which requires solid training in the area.
• The specific needs of the University and other educational institutions to have better-trained teaching staff for their activities.
