Abstract

Public Enterprise groups in our country have been little studied. At a time when maximum resource efficiency is required and an efficient Parastatal Sector is a necessity, an organizational design has been developed with straightforward, simple structures that can bring together like-minded companies, so that they not only direct their efforts in the same direction but also benefit from economies of scale and provide each other with technical support and mutual assistance, reducing operating costs and increasing productivity.
