Abstract

Administrative practice establishes that an organization's results are the product of the sum of individual efforts, whether isolated or acting in cooperation, which makes the coordination of activities a central objective of every company. Organizational theory suggests that the creation and development of rules and procedures arise from the demands posed by the fulfillment of goals and their connection to the actions, skills, and abilities of personnel; this requires the existence of agents who ensure conflict management and the achievement of both individual and collective objectives.
