Abstract

A high rate of employee tumover can lead to a decrease in productivity and production in organi­ zations as well as high recruitment, selection and personnel training expenses. Therefore, it is neces- sary to be aware of and control the causes of said turnover in order to maintain a level which permits the smooth running of an enterprise.
