Abstract
Management theory offers no explanations regarding the application of any analytical model to accurately identify, at any given time, the various situations of change, conflict, and organizational crises that arise during the life of a company. This theory only provides some theoretical and research work on the specifics of the structural schemes of small and medium-sized enterprises.
