THE NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE IN THE YEAR 2000

Abstract

The conceptual framework of the institute is
established axiomatically within the specific
state reality in which it is immersed, a brief
description of the current situation, with its
projection to the future (year 2000), through a
set of recommendations that define its dynamic
unity, organic integration, own economy and
optimal functioning, as a constituent part of
the Mexican state.
