Abstract
In the vast majority of decisions an executive makes, they must consider the projection or planning of their company's operations. Planning ahead to take the most appropriate course of action is essential, so planners must take into account sudden changes in demand levels, competitor price cuts, investment needs, necessary changes in production schedules, personnel turnover, economic fluctuations, etc.
