Abstract

Now the study of the political-administrative mechanisms for the allocation of financial resources to science and technology acquire particular importance, since national efforts in this area are already relatively considerable and it is expected that in the near future the available sums will be increasingly greater and because to date there are no reasonably acceptable basic criteria to optimize the objectives and therefore the returns on national scientific and technological investment, which has increased from approximately 450 million pesos in 1970 to 3,313 million in 1975, considering the related items related to the national science and technology system and in comparative terms.
