Abstract

The concern for determining responsibilities in any productive organization is fundamentally motivated by management's desire to establish mechanisms that allow for adequate management regulation. For this to be achievable, it is necessary to review the current understanding of what a company is and visualize its dynamic functioning, as well as previously define the standards that should govern its actions. To this end, it is necessary to use some concepts that are now part of the vocabulary of modern management.
