(CIDE), as management tool that allows it to visualize at all time the strategy of the organization, the scope achieved in the fulfillment of its strategic objectives and with it to advance towards the attainment of his its vision.
The offer here presented developed in four big stages: 1) the establishment of the strategic position of the CIDE (identification and alignment of vision, mission, strategic objectives and stakeholders), 2) the design of the strategic map, 3) the design of the BSC and Impact Matrix and 4) the analysis of the obtained results.
The above mentioned offer, it becomes extremely important for the CIDE, especially because a Strategic Program has established for the period 2004-2009 whose scope is more feasible with a management tool as this one, especially, because it offers in order that the Center detects opportunely the need to restate strategies and with it to modify its strategic positioning.
