Abstract
The world tendencies indicates that the transition toward the privatitation of the sector educational superior will increase the bonds with the productive sector, the productivity and the technological innovation, having a bigger economic growth as a result. In the society of the knowledge it is required people that can be developed equally in any part of the world. The offer of training services for the work will be adjusted to the normalized system of labor competitions and the labor certification will offer theavailability of the system for the generating activities of employment. The system of differentiated equivalencies will facilitate the evaluation and accreditation of the knowledge acquired by the adults. The decisive factors are that the potential students find what they require in an educational Institution.
