Abstract

This article analyzes the current state of the postgraduate program, based on a diagnosis of some of the subsystem's indicators. This analysis supports a proposal to improve the quality of postgraduate programs by focusing on the training of teachers, researchers, and scientists at the master's and doctoral levels, as well as highly qualified teachers and professionals in the specialization program.
