Abstract

A society dominated by organizations provides an opportunity to analyze the role of motivation in the workplace. The fact that people spend more than half of their waking hours working in an organization provides a reason to study motivation and the relationships of individual behavior in society. Over the years, many motivational techniques have been used to direct people's efforts toward all kinds of organized goals.
