Resumen
Una sociedad dominada por organizaciones, proporciona la oportunidad de analizar el papel la motivación en el trabajo. El
echo de que la gente pase más de la mitad del tiempo que está despíerto, trabajando en una organización, da el motivo para es tudiar la motivación y las rela ciones del comportamiento indi vidual en la sociedad. Al paso de los años, se han utilizado mu chas técnicas motivacionales para dirigir el esfuerzo de la gente hacia todo tipo de preten siones organizadas.
