SALLY KEEN, director of the Western Regional Program Center, USA

is a division director of the Western Regional Program Center, Social Secu­ rity Adminisration. A graduate of the Universi­ ty of Texas, she worked for private industry before joining SSA as a claims representative in 1961. She has held a variety of managerial posi­ tions in SSA. As assistant regional representative in its Western Program Center (looted in San Francisco), she coordinated the liaison function between the Center and the social security offices
