Resumen

AS THE WORK of administrators in all ty­pes of organizations takes on more aspects of professionalism there is a greater stress pla­ced on ethical behavior for all individuals wi­thin the groups. More and more ethical or mo­ral standards are established either directly, such as in developing and emphasizing a code of ethies, or indirectly, as in encouraging co­mmunity activities.
