Abstract

This work pretends to bring out the way recruiting, selection and contract for the Investigative Professors of the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California Sur. For this objetive, it needs to analyze tha actual situation in each aera of study, tha labor organization, its distribution, their incomes and receivings. The Universidad Autonoma de Baja California Sur's services depends of cathegories and levels of academic workers. Also, an important aspect for this study are the organisms which are involved in incomes and promotions for definit nomination, as soon as the jury' and procedures for this action. Finally, it presents an interest propouse.
